These are a twist on the popular buff style neck tube. These tubes have a visor stitched on one end converting it into a hat that can be worn in a variety of different ways. They are ideal for hot situations where they can be worn to keep the sun both out of the eyes and off the neck and also worn as a fashion accessory.
